Back home for a week!

So i have just got back home today from Austria, Hintertux. It has been again an amazing trip with the GB Freestyle team and i am in the process of making the 2nd podcast.

It was up and down with the weather but we managed to get some good clear days to session the jumps. But even when it was rubbish there was still loads to do!

During the trip we went to the Horsefeather Pleasure Jam which was a 4*TTR competition. When we arrived at the park for the qualification day it was so windy and you couldn’t see anything, so the comp was delayed till it improved. After a few hours the weather improved and the visibility got better but it was still really windy but they decided to go a head with the qualifications, which i was pleased about. My first run went really well but my second run didn’t as it was difficult to judge the speed because of the wind which was behind you so you didn’t know how fast to go. So the second run the wind caught me and i went way too big, but i was OK. This was an issue for a lot of the riders but it was still really fun and i was stoked to come 18th in the qualification just missing out on the finals.
